Our company Gaia Lifestyle Holdings Pte. Ltd. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Central and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma and experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of office administrator / senior office administator and be able to work in full time system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of SGD 2.000 - SGD 2.500 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Gaia Lifestyle Holdings Pte. Ltd. regularly measures and improves process quality, examines, and applies best industry practices, identifies new and advanced technological implementations as well as trains and develops our employees to keep them relevant.

The primary role of the Office, Administrator is to provide support to the Group Human Resource Manager and any other persons or companies assigned, in a professional and timely manner. This individual possesses communication, friendly, approachable, people management skill, good team player, meticulous and detail oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and assist in day-to-day general administration duties such as manage phone calls, correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.), paperwork duties (filing, scanning, etc.) and reception duties
  • Assist with Employee Onboarding such as preparation of office equipment, stationery, and software and gift purchases for employees
  • Maintain office supplies such business cards, stationery, pantry, water dispensers, etc.
  • Manage office maintenance such as aircon, toilet, printer, cleaners, etc. and liaise with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with IT to keep track of cloud and physical servers, MS Office, Gmail and Slack, etc.
  • Organise Company Functions and travel arrangements for Company if any
  • Document SOPs for all admin processes
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when required

About You:

  • Diploma/A Levels/ITE/Professional Certificate in any field
  • Good disposition, interpersonal, meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a positive attitude to learn and grow with the company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office will be an advantage
  • Able to work independently
