Job description:
- Assist to planning, organizing and controlling the daily operation.
- Maintain documentation in daily operation.
- Liaising with supplier, customer and related parties.
- Prefer with knowledge in warranty aspect.
- To ensure all safety measure are comply in workshop and to maintain safe working environment.
- Handling ISO documentation.
- To conduct customer satisfaction survey and handle customer complain.
- To liaise between customers and sales persons and ensure that the equipment are delivered and properly handed over to customers.
- Plan and arrange daily schedule of service technicians to job site.
Job Requirements:
- Prefer NTC / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Prefer 2 to 3 years of experience handling operation works
- Full-Time positions available.
Working Hours: Monday to Sat – 5.5days week
