We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Operation Executive (AirFreight / WFH) - JR. For those of you who live in Novena and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd, and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from SGD 2.800 - SGD 3.500. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri / 9am – 6pm / Alternative Sat / 9am – 1pm
• Salary: $2500 – $3500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Location: Newton – 5min MRT Walking distance
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably with a Freight Forwarding organization familiar with import & export processes
Job Scope:
- Coordinate door-to-door shipments (exports and imports) – including but not limited to transhipments
- Cut airway bills
- Receive bookings and execute
- Customer service
- Arrange transportation
- EDI
- CCN
- Customs formalities (send instructions to the customs broker)
- Pre-alert
- Monitor shipment status
- Shipment billing and/or invoicing
- Labelling of cargo
- Liaise with warehouse for cargo details and movements (e.g. receiving, deliveries, etc.)
- Work with the respective project managers to coordinate shipments, plan strategies and execute adhoc
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably with a Freight Forwarding organization familiar with import & export processes
- Able to start within short notice would be advantageous
