We are hiring for the position of Operation Manager with full time working hours for our company office, Bioskin Holdings Pte Ltd, for residents of Orchard and its neighboring areas.

Responsibilities:
-Manage multiple outlets day to day operation and sales
-Able to manage, coach and motivate sales and therapist team to achieve target and KPI
-Manage and make sure customers satisfaction are meet
-Manage customer complaints
-Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
-Outlet administration duty
-Other ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
-Experienced in Reception, Front Desk, Customer Service and Administrative duties
-Excellent customer service with good communication & Interpersonal skills
-Responsible, Positive work attitude and with good Initiative
-Prefer applicants with relevant experience in the Beauty Industry
-Able to work retail hour
