This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Singapore and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Job Description

  • Assist in day to day operations matters.
  • Provide support for administrative functions in the daily operations.
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Liaise and provide support for team on the field.
  • Coordinate and prepare documents for appointments.
  • Update and submit monthly reports.
  • Manage phone call enquiries and email correspondence.
  • Keep track of application statuses.
  • Scanning and uploading of completed documents.
  • Perform ad-hoc task as assigned


  • Minimum NITEC, Diploma holder in any discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in similar capacity will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets
  • Team player with positive work attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Working location : East – Office Hours (Alternate Sat – work from home)
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice
