Payroll Assistant
Job Description
- End-to-end payroll processing for full-time and part-time employees, including computation of salary, incentives, OT claims and allowances, CPF submission and Tax filing.
- · Perform timely and accurate processing of resignees’ payroll and ensure the resignees are paid on their last day of service
- · Monthly reconciliation of payroll and GL reports for submission to Finance departments
- · Payroll documentation, ensuring compliance and reviewing of processes. · Respond to employees’ queries and provide support to other departments when needed
- · Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
