Responsibilities:
- Support end to end laptop deployment process
- Setup, configure and deploy new laptops (windows and Macbooks) using the image provided
- Operate laptop ordering portal to ensure all orders (including bulk orders) are processed on time, and provide necessary support to users to ensure that they are able to login to new laptops on first join day.
- Prepare laptop hardware chargeback, laptop service chargeback, macbook chargeback.
- Review and approve for laptop early refresh.
- Work with all related teams e.g. developer team, image team etc to make sure laptop deployment process is smooth, and able to identify gaps in current processes and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
- computer literacy
- Able to multitask
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- able to work independently and together as a team and with good communication skills (including mandarin)
- willing to learn and be proactive in work
