Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training materials on sales procedures and conduct engaging training session to increase productivity.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and support to sales staff, helping them improve their sales techniques.
- Maintain up-to-date training materials, including product and competitor information.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Pharmacy/Nutrition/Dietetics/Science with at least 1 year of work experience in related field.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in English.
- Previous experience is not a requirement as we will guide you, but a growth mindset is essential.
