Position Available:
- Project Manager / Construction Manager
Requirement:
- Liaise with client’s representatives with regards to all site matters with proper documentation.
- Coordinate with workshop and subcontractors with the delivery of products and installation works.
- Attend site meeting.
- Ensure that staff and subcontractors carry out their work in a safe manner.
- Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 year experience in design & build project management.
- Experience in commercial office renovation is a plus
- Good working attitude with the ability to communicate well for presentation to client.
- Meticulous and detail oriented.
