Responsibilities:-
- Assist project engineer/manager in the execution of projects
- Lead a team of operation members to perform onsite services of sustainability projects that include Photovoltaic System, Battery Energy Storage System and Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC) System
- Lead and allocate available resources effectively through proper planning & scheduling to meet dateline
- Ensure all necessary materials and tools arrive at job site
- Conduct risk assessment and ensure onsite safety of team members and overall operations in accordance to workplace regulations
- Ensure technical activities are carried out on site as planned
- Ensure execution in respect to schedule, quality and price as per customer satisfaction
- Perform technical services such as installation, troubleshooting, repair, testing and commissioning of equipment
- Identify and solve technical problems
- Provide updated weekly/monthly project progress report
- Perform routine maintenance
Requirements:-
- ITE or Diploma in Engineering related to Clean/Sustainable Energy
- 3 – 6 years’ experience in handling project works
- Familiar with hand tools and basic construction techniques
- Strong technical skills in renewable energy
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to adapt well to changing circumstances and direction
