We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of QHSE Executive (ISO / Freight Forwarding / Regional / Central). We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of SGD 4.200 - SGD 5.000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Scope
- To ensure the Company stays within the ISO requirements and maintain records for the renewal / re-certification in the region.
- In charge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and lead HSE standards for the Company.
- Quality Lead for Company including planning, development, implementation and documentation of quality initiatives to be in compliance with ISO standards.
- Conduct quality external and internal audit to facilitation of ISO audits.
- Control and maintain Supplier Qualification & Evaluation records.
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders on system requirements and preparation of SOP.
- Work with the Management to derive any reporting required to monitor and analyze for overall improvement to QHSE and Compliance standards.
- Oversee and lead all HSE trainings whenever required
- Ensure appropriate communication of new and / or changed HSE programs and initiatives.
- Ensure adherence of the Company to ISO37001:2016 standards and requirements.
- Conduct regular training on our Ethics and Compliance policies.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
- Qualified lead auditor for ISO9001:2015, ISO45001:2018, and ISO14001:2015. BizSAFE experience is an added advantage.
- 3 – 5 years of working experience in freight forwarding industry
