Job Responsibilities:
*required to work on weekends and PH*
• Upsell programs and services and merchandises offered by the centre
• Maintain strong customer relationship by managing their enquiries with speed, clear explanation and professionalism.
• Keep self updated with wellness and product knowledge
• Handle reception duties including cashiering, maintain customers’ information, follow up on membership and payment, walk-in/phone enquires, complains and other ad-hoc duties
• Maintain the centre facilities and ensure an inspirational atmosphere for classes
• Conduct inventory stock takes of equipment and merchandises, when required
