We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Receptionist, UP $3700, 4 Months Contract, Asia Square~. For those of you who live in Central and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd (Formerly Kelly Services Singapore Pte Ltd), and able to under a contract working hours.

As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support with at least Not Specified, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from SGD 3.000 - SGD 3.700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm / 9am – 6pm)

Work Location: Asia Square

Reception services

  • Welcome employees, visitors and clients.
  • Managing the front desk and premium meeting rooms ensuring its professional look and feel
  • Manage main phoneline by promptly and professionally accepting incoming calls – where required screening, taking messages or forwarding calls.
  • Conduct a variety of front-of-house activities including
  • Guest registration through visitor registration portal
  • Issue visitor passes thru badging software
  • Attend, where available, to ad-hoc requests from stakeholders. E.g. deposition of luggage and managing luggage tag, meeting rooms reservations
  • May arrange convenience/hospitality services for guests such as transportation reservation. E.g. Taxi booking

Meeting rooms/Welcome Lounge

  • Ensure that all meeting rooms and welcome lounge are presentable and ready for meetings/use.
  • Facilitate and execute room set up and pack downs – coordinate calendars and room reservation system to manage time and access to rooms.
  • Preparation and serving of refreshment to clients/visitors.
  • May assist with scheduling, stocking and coordinating setup conference/meeting rooms arranging for meeting equipment (clicker, projectors, video conferencing).

Others

  • Follows security and emergency procedures as defined for the property
  • Responds to emergency situation in a calm, efficient manner.
  • Summon appropriate assistance and make appropriate notifications in accordance to operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in corporate hospitality, concierge, and front of house services.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft applications (word, PowerPoint and excel) and Outlook.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • Positive team player.
  • Think and work proactively to provide solutions to solve problems.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of efficiency and attention to detail.
