The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of SGD 3.000 - SGD 4.000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

  • Responds to communications from guests, travel agents, and sales department concerning reservations arriving by email, telephone or through a central reservation system. Creates and maintains reservation records-usually by date of arrival and alphabetical listing prepares letters of confirmation and promptly processes any cancellations and modifications.


Job role are inclusive but not limited to:

  • Analyze all guest and travel agent requirements through telephone and emails and recommend suitable options for all customers and assist to confirm all reservations.
  • Ensure all incoming calls with courtesy and ensure efficient resolution of all guest inquiries for various hotel services and operations.
  • Arrival checks for reservations made the previous day, arrival for next three days and check all VIP arrivals by reviewing arrival report daily.
  • Maintain all reservation standards policies and procedures are carry out accordingly to guidelines
  • Support in managing third party channels.
  • Assist to make all room reservations and ensure maximize room revenue for all and ensure all reservation detail update in PMS within required operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with sales department and manage all communication for all corporate bookings.
  • To communicate with reception at all times and assist where necessary
  • To check all correspondence in connection with reservations and deal with accordingly
  • To ensure that restricted dates, offer rates and promotions are updated and monitored on a daily basis.
  • To ensure that the hotel credit policy is adhered to and to ensure that all standards and procedures comply with any Revenue/Finance Audits.
