We need you to fill the position as Retail Management Executive (Luxury product) CSY for our office.

This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Central and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from SGD 3.000 - SGD 3.500, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Job Descriptions:


  • Interpret data using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques
  • Develop and implement data analyses, leveraging collection systems and other strategies that
  • optimize statistical efficiency and quality


  • Manage the VIP Client Services (birthday gift & etc)
  • Manage event registrations and assign ad hoc duties


  • General Maintenance (Infrastructure) of Stores
  • Pantry order for Stores/Cafe
  • Ensure the store always remains clean and presentable
  • Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, and implement purchasing plans
  • Administer/Audit retail rosters (attendance, lateness, claim hours)
  • Prepare reports and analysis for Monthly, Quarterly meetings
  • Communicate the plans to Managers on the directions and prepare operation requirements
  • To manage and control daily store operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experiences in retail management (luxury).
  • Good team player, good personality, service oriented, positive attitudes to learning new skill sets.
  • Ideally 2-5 years’ relevant experience in a business development or management of multi retail store environment
  • Good understanding of setting up, operating and maintaining premium brand retail stores
  • Familiarity with retail POS systems
  • Resourceful and meticulous
  • Able to work competently with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrable leadership and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
  • Excellent organizing and leadership skills
