This is an opportunity for a good Sales Admin to step into the Scientific instruments and industrial equipment sector. The office is situated at General Magnetics Building which is within 15 min walk to Toa Payoh MRT Station.

General responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotation to customer / request the quotation from supplier
  • Create Sales Order, Delivery Order, Purchase Order and Invoice
  • Monitor customer shipment
  • Submit eCOA for customer IQC approval period of shipment
  • Assist in processing and co-ordination of shipping operations
  • Liaise with vendor on shipment status
  • Assist in the processing and co-ordination of shipping operations
  • Monitor spare part Inventory, chemical inventory
  • Updating Monthly chemical forecast
  • Arranging import shipment
  • Updating monthly STA trade compliance DO’s
  • Updating monthly Import / export shipment report to MISG insurance
  • Supplier / delivery to customer ( prepare shipping documents and booking arrangements)
  • Update supplier / customer shipment delivery date ( parts / machine / chemical)
  • Checking freight quotation from forwarder / Verify freight charges / storage charges
  • Provide general administrative support

Functional skills and knowledge:

  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Have experience managing logistics/warehouse documentations

Soft skills:

  • SAP experience

Education:

  • ITE certification or Diploma

Work experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role
