We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Sales Coordinator. For those of you who live in Geylang and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Alpha Sales & Services Pte. Ltd., and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

About the role:
* Issuing sales order, delivery order, invoices, manage order tracking.
* Assist sales team to handle sales documentation and resolve client’s enquiries.
* Update of sales and inventory report.
* Prepare payment advice and follow up on payment collection.
* Carry out administrative task & maintain proper documentation and filling of accounting documents.
* Perform any other duties as assigned by your Superior from time to time.
* At least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent qualification.
* Good command of English and Mandarin.
* Knowledge of basic accounting system will be an added advantage.
* Computer literate with Microsoft Office knowledge.
