Being the Sales & Event Marketing Assistant Manager, you will be asked to

– Organize Sales events and pop-ups, and be the actual spokesperson at these events

– Manage connections with the brand community on social media platforms, create and manage social media accounts

– Perform activities related to live commerce, prepare events, manage video sessions, create content, presentations in front of the camera, then analyze results optimize the growth of the company

– Close follow up with digital campaigns with collaborators

– Provide excellent customer service and communicate with clients using the brand language

– Gain good product knowledge, understanding of customer landscape, competition, pricing and other market variables to drive the business performance

– Participate from Strategy and Marketing calendar planning to execution.

– Manage loyalty programs and multiple applications on e-commerce platforms

– Liaise with Warehouse and Supply Chain Manager to manage stock for events and campaigns


● At least 3 – 5 years of Sales or Marketing experience

  • Candidate coming from the Beauty, Personal Care and Fitness sector will be considered first

● Good command of most widely used languages in Singapore

● Good communication skills

● Result’s oriented

● Good organization skills

● Excellent presentation skills

● Familiarity with Illustrators / Photoshop is a plus

● Knowledge of Shopify is a plus

● Ability to drive media using camera / phone cameras to generate content is also a plus

● Candidates familiar with Tiktok, Tiktok Seller/ Business, Instagram and shopify will be a bonus

● Possess the capacity to learn about the finest details of our scents and communicate our philosophy to customers and clients
