Our company HAP Global Pte Ltd is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Paya Lebar and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma and experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Sales - Corporate, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of sales executive and be able to work in full time system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of SGD 3.000 - SGD 4.500 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

The Opportunity

  • We are looking for a Sales Executive to assist sales and growth by contributing to new customer acquisitionand exceeding revenue targets
  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Leads generation: Update leads database with lead generation, cold calls and visitation.
  • 5 day work week.
  • Support in preparing sales presentation deck

  • Travelling opportunities: For overseas tradeshows and regional clients.

Job Description

  • Generate new sales leads
  • Familiarize with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Attend trade activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure contracts
  • Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  • Meet customer acquisition targets
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Prepare sales presentation deck

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in field sales or similar, “O”/”A” level graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Proven track record in sales with experience in B2B sales
  • Professional yet affable disposition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Passionate about beauty and wellbeing
  • Must be able to communicate in English and Mandarin to build contacts with potential English and Mandarin speaking clients to create new business opportunities.
