Our company iTaz Pte Ltd is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Geylang and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Not Specified and experienced in the field of Services & Logistics/Supply Chain, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of sales support executive and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Job Responsibilities:
- To support sales team in daily sales and marketing activities
- Prepare and submit on-time and accurate proposals and quotations based on customers’ requirements as requested by the Sales team
- Provide delivery orders and shipping information to customers
- Handle customer delivery, coordination of orders and follow up
- Source for equipment and product/material cost from suppliers
- Liaise with suppliers to get pricing and process customers’ orders
- Track serials of stock delivered and maintain stock inventory
- To brief operations team on the scope of work, all requirements, work specification, work schedule and any other information of importance on jobs awarded to the company
- Provide ad-hoc general administrative support when required
- Prepare sales report for sales/management meeting
- Update and maintain Maintenance Agreement (MA) for support contract
Job Requirements:

- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good team player with a positive learning attitude
- Has passion for IT and emerging technologies
- Able to communicate in a clear manner
- Able to work independently and under a tight timeline
