Lead Scrum team (internal and client) through the planning, software development, issue resolution, release and delivery processes – planning, daily sprints, review and retrospective.

Work closely with Product Owners to manage requirements, backlogs, timelines and new requests.

Work closely with development team to plan the scope and timelines for each release to meet business needs.

Coordinate the team’s workflow processes to ensure that the development cycle – analyse, design, validate, develop, test and deploy – is observed.

Be the point of contact for all stakeholders.

Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.

Facilitate and foster a productive environment that encourages constant communication, collaboration, self organisation and sense of ownership

Certified Scrum Master certification

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and project manager for software development projects.

Excellent communication skills – spoken and written.

Excellent people skills and able to work with cross-cultural teams.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
