We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities:
E-Commerce
- Manage all sales activities and operations of e-commerce platforms, including e-merchandising, site layout for the new business
- Monitor cross-platform performance to achieve KPI and prepare performance reports
- Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders to strategise and drive promotional mechanics and marketing materials that results in the increase in revenue through our e-commerce platforms
- Support new product launches on time and strive to maintain growth on pillar products
- Assist in operations and administration matters (e.g. invoices, code/P.O. creation, member applications)
- Ad-hoc assignments and projects as required
Inventory Management
- Plan and forecast online store inventory requirements and price settings ahead of sale campaigns
- Prepare new products for online store listing: copywriting, sizing, video/photo assets etc.
- Ensure inventory accuracy across e-commerce and ERP systems
Sales Management
- Provide monthly reporting on all e-commerce relative activities; sales, average order value, online vs. retail sales ratio, conversion rate, cost-to-income ratio, web sessions etc.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Marketing, E-Commerce or equivalent
- Min. 2 years’ experience in E-Commerce and CRM
- Comfortable with analyzing data with tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, MailChimp and DotDigital
- Goal-oriented, able to perform under pressure, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced industry with minimal supervision
