Singapore Art Museum has open a job vacancy for the domicile of Central and surrounding areas as senior executive, education and programmes with full time work system which will then be placed in our company office.

The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Education/Training & Education.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with educational programmes-related preparation and administration;
  • Support physical or digital education programmes such as school talks and school visits;
  • Manage electronic direct mailers, email account and enquiries;
  • Support creation and procurement of educational resources;
  • Develop and coordinate programmes for children and families;
  • Work closely with the Programmes team on relevant education programmes and exhibitions;
  • Other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Arts Management, History, Visual Arts, Education, Sociology or related fields;
  • Good written and communication skills;
  • Able to multi-task and work with tight project timelines;
  • Excellent team player, motivated, takes initiative and willing to work flexible hours when required;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
