As a competent company, we Prestige Professions Pte Ltd are looking for candidates for the position of senior/operations manager, beauty (office hours) with full time work system. We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, experienced in Sales/Marketing & Marketing/Business Dev and domiciled in Central and surrounding areas.

Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary SGD 5.000 - SGD 10.000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Job Scopes:

  • Responsible for ensuring that sales operations run efficiently
  • Develop comprehensive resource requirements and action plans to achieve and grow sales targets
  • Evaluate sales progression against targets
  • Measure and report the results
  • Lead Branch Managers to streamline processes for better customer service support and to improve productivity
  • Develop sales metrics and track sales performance and productivity for analysis and reporting
  • Keep abreast of competitors and market trends
  • Drive inspiration and motivation within the operations’ teams
  • Coach and mentor operations staff to develop and maximize their performance
  • Build and maintain a collaborative working environment; promote teamwork
  • Identify growth opportunities

Job Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of related experience
  • Microsoft Office
  • Good people management and leadership ability
  • Result oriented
