We need you to fill the position as Temporary Import Export Admin Assistant for our office.
This position requires a tempoaray working hours system which domiciled in Toa Payoh and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Job Responsibilities:
- Process purchase requisitions timely and ensure that purchase orders are being issued to suppliers accordingly;
- Maintain proper documentation and perform data entry for inbound and outbound shipments;
- Perform accurate and timely inventory updates and facilitate the movement of inbound and outbound shipments;
- Liaise with hauliers/freight forwarders on import/export shipments;
- Coordinate with external warehouse for storage and transportation for deliveries;
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.
Do note that this is a 6 months’ non-renewable contract.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Freight knowledge preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- To be able to work well independently as well as in a team.
