Takenaka Corporation has been incorporated in Singapore in 1974. In its 46 years of establishment in Singapore, the company has built many prominent structures, such as Changi Airport Terminal 1, La Salle College of The Arts, National Gallery Singapore, CapitaGreen, Singapore Flyer, Changi Airport Terminal 4 and the ongoing Shimano New Factory as well as Changi Airport Terminal 2 Expansion Projects.

Since the founding of our business, we have consistently provided architectural structures that respond to the expectations of our customers based on our management philosophy, “Contribute to society by passing on the best works to future generations.” Today, we are being asked to contribute to solving large numbers of problems confronting our world on a global scale, including such issues as climate change and overpopulation.
