Job Type: 3 Months Contract

Basic Salary: $17 per hour
Working Location: Harbourfront
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Purpose:
You will be part of the team to handle the processing of license applications received from various healthcare institutions. As such, you will be expected to address any enquiries pertaining to this initiative.
If you are someone who has interest in picking up new knowledge on healthcare policies and enjoys interaction with people, this role will provide the exposure and experience within the healthcare industry.
You will be tasked to:
· Process and screen license applications received from healthcare institutions.
· Liaise with stakeholders to verify information submitted for processing.
· Address any enquiries raised by applicants.
· Monitor and follow-up applicants to resolve enquiries.
· Assist in meeting preparation and other secretariat duties.
Requirement:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences / Healthcare or Public Health.
· Strong administrative and customer service skills.
· Experience working in healthcare and grants processing will be an advantage.
· Note: This is a 3 months contract.
