We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of [GOVT] Partnership Executive, International Relations - JL. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of SGD 3.300 - SGD 3.500 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Type: 11 Months Contract
Working Location: Labrador Park
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Basic Salary: $3,450 per month (Fixed)
About the Role:
You will be part of a team which collaborates with key industry players, overseas government counterparts (G2G) to identify key areas of collaboration.
Responsibilities:
· Support implementation of major conferences and approved programmes and ensure close follow up with relevant stakeholders in the execution of activities.
· Assist with preparation, marketing, and publicity of programmes.
· Consolidate and keep detailed records of feedback and learning points from the programmes.
· Maintain repository of export-oriented outcome and list of contacts
· Provide pre-trip and post-trip coordination and reporting of business missions and preparation of programmes and activities.
· Coordinate industry meetings and liaise with key stakeholders.
· Assist in the development of strategy formulation which involve research on policies and trends related to digital economy and emerging technologies.
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, International/Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing or other relevant field.
• Proficient in Written and Spoken Mandarin, as this role requires interaction with key partners in China.
• Confident and has an interest in engaging people and building networks.
• Experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales (B2B), will be an advantage.
